Stephen Newhart, PhD

Owner & Founder

Stephen Newhart, PhD has 20 years of fitness experience with a Doctorate in Kinesiology with a focus in movement and rehabilitation sciences. Dr Newhart has over a dozen certifications from various fitness organizations with hundreds of continuing education hours as he also teaches the NSCA CSCS prep clinic.

Dr Newhart also is a professor for UT Arlington plus owns an ancillary service company - NTX Med Solutions with focuses on research exploring the effects of whole body vibration on general population body function, bone density, neural activity and strength.

 

Kelsey Salton

Fitness Director
Kelsey is an 10-year experienced personal trainer who truly cares about her clients’ goals and overall well-being. Through individualized fitness program, nutrition guidance, and constant motivation and accountability, her clients will create habits that will last them a lifetime.

 

Ivan Avila, CPT

Fitness Professional

Ivan received his B.S. in Exercise Science - Fitness/Wellness from the University of Texas at Arlington and holds a Certified Personal Training( CPT) Certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

 
 

CJ Ferrantino, CPT

Fitness Professional

CJ received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas Christian University. In addition to his degree, he is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM with over 2 years’ experience.

Ashley Newhart

General Manager

As Co-Owner and General Manager, Ashley thrives on meeting new members and fostering lifelong friendships and partnerships that contribute to the overall health and well-being of our community.

Ashley brings over 20 years of diverse wellness experience to the table. Her journey began with municipal Parks and Recreation agencies, where she honed her skills in creating inclusive and engaging programs for people of all ages and abilities. Her passion for health and fitness led her to pursue a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Arlington.

 

Meghan Hennessey

CFO and Fitness Professional
Meghan is a 16-year experienced personal trainer who has found her niche in returning the injured aerobic athlete to competition and furthermore reaching a higher competitive level for them, along with helping individuals repair and correct mobility/function. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and certifications from ACE, The Cooper Clinic and the NSCA.

Alana Zimmerman, CPT

Fitness Professional

Alana is an experienced personal trainer, barre instructor and spin instructor who emphasizes a whole-body approach to fitness and health. In developing individualized programs and providing hands-on guidance through movement, she empowers her clients to reach goals within their wellness journey, create sustainable practices, and enhance their mind/body connection.

Alana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dance Education from Bridgewater State University. She is a NASM-accredited Certified Personal Trainer, certified Barre instructor through Barre Eclipse, and a spin instructor at Cyclebar.

Adam Mauer, CPT, CSCS

Fitness Professional

As a passionate and dedicated fitness professional, I bring over 12 years of experience in helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. My approach combines a strong foundation in exercise science, nutrition, and personalized coaching to create effective, sustainable fitness programs for clients of all levels.

With a deep commitment to both physical and mental health, I am driven by the desire to empower others to transform their lives through fitness. Whether it’s mastering the perfect lift, running that extra mile, or simply maintaining consistency in everyday wellness habits, my philosophy revolves around finding strength and balance in every aspect of life. I create supportive, motivating environments that encourage people to push their limits and achieve their personal best.
